The last time I shared my favourite summer beauty essentials with you was about 2 years ago; and that blog post focused primarily on my favourite products for the face. I still love and very much use those products on the daily. But today, I’d like to focus on a few summer beauty care essentials as it relates to your body. I know it can be hard to find natural products that WORK and keep your skin healthy, smooth and moisturized – especially when it’s hot out; so let me share with you today:

1. Blue Beautifly Sage Deodorant
It can be really hard to find a natural deodorant that works and doesn’t leave any white marks on your clothes. I know the feeling. Well, this deodorant smells ah-mazing, is easy to apply (roll-on), feels refreshing and doesn’t leave white stains on your clothes! It’s the perfect Summer deodorant to me because it’s refreshing and smells so divine. Its main ingredients are sage, thyme, witch hazel and neem – all of which are meant to deodorize and nourish your skin at the same time. It’s a win-win in my book ;). Check it out: HERE.
2. Sister & Co Skin Food – Lip Balm
I don’t know for you but I can’t go anywhere without my lip balm, especially during the hot summer days! Your lips can easily dry out and become irritated from being exposed to the harsh elements of summer (i.e. sun rays, wind, salty water, sand, etc). So a good and hydrating lip balm is a MUST. For smooth and beautiful legs, all around, I would recommend you get yourself a dry skin brush. I’ve been using Hydréa London’s dry skin brush for 3 years now and I am SO happy with it. 4. Sister & Co. Skin Food – Body Melt
Once your legs are nice and smooth, it’s very important to keep them hydrated (as well as your entire body for that matter). Anytime of the year, your skin needs nutrition from within and without. 5. Sister & Co. Skin Food – Hair Drink
You didn’t think I’d leave your hair out of this post, now did you? For me, keeping my curly hair happy and hydrated is a MUST all year long, but especially in the summertime! With the crazy dry heat we get in Madrid, my hair can get dehydrated, brittle and tangled super fast. That’s why I’ve been loving this Coconut Hair Drink. It gives my hair a whole new life and locks its moisture in. It’s the perfect summer (and anytime of the year, really) Beauty essential in my opinion.
