A few weeks ago, I reached out to Sarah for one of her August’s free virtual coaching call promotion. Amongst some of her advices, she recommended that I adopt a gratitude practice every single day to help me change my perspective on certain life problems. At first, I thought this wasn’t going to help much. Well, turns out this easy tip has been so so helpful! So now, at night, when I’m done with everything I have to do, I just lay on my bed and I write done my gratitude list. It really helps me to focus on the positive things in life. I used to be quite anxious and sad at night, thinking about all my problems. But, now, I really make an effort to see the positive things in my life. Another tip from Sarah was to write down all of my negative thoughts when I’m anxious. This helps me so much as it gets these thoughts out of my head. It’s brilliant!
